Conferences & Functions

At the Mainstay we have four room of varying size as well as many luncheon and dinner banquet menus to cater for any occasion.

One Large Room

$150.00 per day, $80.00 per half day, $60.00 per 3 hours & under

Three Medium room

rates $130.00 per day, $70.00 per half day, $50.00 per 3 hours & under.

Equipment

Room Hire includes usage of the following equipment:

Accommodation

A discount of 10% on accommodation rates is offered to all conference delegates.

Cancellations & Confirmations

All events are required to be confirmed in writing (preferably by fax, yet email is ok) and if applicable a purchase order issued.

Notice of more than 7 days and your deposit will be retained or equivalent room hire charged.

Conferences, which include catering, must give at least 48 hours notice otherwise full amount will be charged.

Surcharge A surcharge of 10 % is applicable to all events held on Sundays and Public Holidays.
